Contract for temporary land occupation during the construction of a hot water pipeline
Agreement on land entry and compensation for damaged crops
The hot water pipeline route will be permitted within the framework of combined planning and construction proceedings
Pipeline bridges over the Jihlava and Oslava rivers are part of the route (along the Temelín thermal feeder)
Transfer stations will also be permitted structurally
No landowner consent is required to issue an “interim” construction permit (construction included in the Line Act)
